TERIYAKI STEAK IN THE SLOW
COOKER
 
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. boneless chuck steak
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed

Cut steak into 1/8 inch thick slices and put into crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour sauce into crockpot. Cover. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with rice. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
