CROCK-POT STEAK | |
2 lb. round steak 1 large onion 1 can golden mushroom soup 1 can of water salt pepper Cut steak into serving pieces; salt and pepper. Cut onion into slices; put layer of onion in bottom of crock-pot, then a layer of steak pieces. Repeat layers, ending with onions. Mix together soup and water and pour over steak and onions. Cook 1 hour on high; reduce heat to low and cook for 7 to 8 hours. Add thickening to liquid to make gravy. |
