CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
2 c. milk
6 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter

Scald the milk. In a cup mix the flour, cocoa and sugar. Add enough hot water to dry ingredients to make a smooth paste. Add the paste to the scalded milk, stirring constantly. Cook until thick. Keep stirring to prevent lumps and scorching. Remove from stove and add vanilla and butter. Serve hot or cold. It also tastes great when served hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
