FILLET OF SOLE 
2 lbs. sole
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. SWEET butter
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper

Grease 2 quart casserole with cover. Layer fish in casserole. Pour other ingredients over. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
