FILLET OF SOLE 
cut fish in 3 or 4 pieces (serving size)
1 can Hunt's tomato sauce
1/2 clove garlic (minced)
1 tsp. parsley

Brown garlic until golden brown. Add tomato sauce and parsley and let simmer (covered) for 10 minutes. Add fish, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes or until fish is cooked thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste.
