GRANDMA'S CREAM CHEESE POUND
CAKE
 
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
3 sticks butter
9 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. extract
6 eggs

1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, butter and sugar until fluffy.

2. Add egg to the cream cheese mixture and beat thoroughly (repeat for each egg, 6 eggs total).

3. Sift in flour gradually and beat well.

4. Add extract.

5. Pour mixture into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until done.
