HEART SMART PIZZA 
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg or 2 egg whites
1 c. whole wheat flour
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Recipe can be halved.

In a large bowl, sprinkle yeast over warm water, let stand for 5 minutes. Add oil, sugar, eggs and mix. Stir in 1 cup wheat and 1 cup all-purpose flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in all-purpose flour. Dough will form ball. You can let dough rise in refrigerator during the day or make and let dough double in size. Press into 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 inch pan.

Use your favorite pizza sauce recipe and add all of your favorite healthy pizza toppings.
