DILL PICKLE ROLL UPS 
1 qt. dill pickles (whole)
1 pkg. thin sliced ham or corned beef
1 container soft cream cheese

Drain pickles and wipe dry with a paper towel. Spread soft cream cheese around all sides of each pickle. Wrap with a slice or more of the meat. Slice into chunks of 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Chill and serve.
