RUSSIAN CORN BREAD 
3 c. self rising corn meal
3 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. buttermilk

Mix well and add 1 cup chopped onions. 3 average size hot peppers, chopped 8 oz. cream style corn 2 lb. sugar

Use Pyrex dish and bake in. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
