WHITE MINTY CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1 1/2 lb. white confectioners' coating
1 c. crushed mint or candy canes

Microwave white coating 3 minutes. Stir in candy canes or mint (this will keep candy crunchy). Spread on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper and refrigerate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
