HERBED PASTA SALAD 
1/2 c. olive oil
1 1/4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. dill
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt

Process above ingredients in blender and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Mix with fresh pasta, scallions, tomatoes, red onion, and green peppers, etc.
