HARDY COUNTRY SOUP 
2 c. beans (4 or more different kinds)
2 qts. water
Ham hock or salt pork or beef soup bone
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lg. can whole tomatoes, cut in half
1 lg. onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Bring to boil, then simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
