TURKETTI 
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. fine spaghetti, broken in 2 inch pieces, cooked and drained
1 1/2 to 2 c. cut up roast turkey
1 1/4 c. diced pimento
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 sm. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can turkey broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, using 3/4 cup cheddar cheese. Sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup cheddar cheese on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered. If recipe is doubled bake for one hour. Can be refrigerated until ready to bake.
