TUNA & TOMATO CASSEROLE 
2 med. potatoes
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tbsp. butter
7 oz. can drained tuna
1 can stewed tomatoes
Salt substitute
Cracker crumbs, optional

Cut pared potatoes into thin slices and cook in boiling water for about 8 minutes. Spread 1/2 of potato slices in bottom of greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with 1/2 of flour, salt substitute, butter, tuna and tomatoes. Repeat and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 2.
