A'S GOURMET SALAD 
1 head lettuce (cut fine)
1 Bermuda onion
1/2 lb. crisp fried bacon (crumbled)
1 head cauliflower (sliced thin)

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Toss vegetables and bacon and layer. Dribble dressing between. Refrigerate overnight. Toss just before serving.
