LASAGNA 
1 lb. lasagna noodles
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced

MEAT SAUCE:

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. garlic
1 tsp. salt
2 qts. "Sunrise Deli" spaghetti sauce
2 tbsp. Del Ape Italian seasonings

FILLING:

2 c. Ricotta cheese
1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley

Boil and drain noodles. Saute ground beef, pork, onion, garlic and salt. Drain fat. Add spaghetti sauce and Italian seasonings.

TO MAKE FILLING: Mix Ricotta cheese, Romano cheese, milk, pepper, salt and parsley. Assemble: Use a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread 2 1/2 cups meat sauce mixture. Layer of noodles; 1/2 filling mixture; 1/3 Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers; then, layer of noodles; layer of sauce; Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours until golden on top.
