APRICOT SALAD 
1 lg. can apricots (drained, save juice and chopped) chilled
1 sm. can pineapples, drained, chilled
2 pkgs. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. apricot juice

Congealed together. Add pineapples and apricots.

TOPPING:

1 c pineapple juice
1 egg
3 tbsp. flour

Mix well and slow cook until blended. Cool. Mix 1 container Cool Whip with 1 cup pecans and grated cheese. Pour over congealed salad mixture.
