ORANGE PEEL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs or Egg Beaters
3/4 c. sour milk
1/4 c. hot water
1 orange, grounded with the peeling
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. nut meats

Mix sugar, oil, and eggs, then add the milk, hot water and soda dissolved. Add the chopped orange, raisins, and nuts. Stir in flour. Place in 9 x 13 inch baing dish. Bake for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Add a sugar glaze to the top, after the cake has cooled.
