OLIVE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. shredded milk Cheddar cheese
1 (.06 oz.) env. Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 c. chopped pimento stuffed olives
2 tsp. olive juice
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine all the ingredients except pecans. Shape into a ball. Coat with pecans. Yield 1 cheese ball.
