TRUFFALOES 
You will need:

A lg. mixing bowl
A wooden spoon
Waxed paper
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. unsweetened powdered cocoa
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. powdered sugar to roll the cookies in

Put the graham cracker crumbs, the cocoa, the cup of powdered sugar, and the chopped nuts in the bowl and mix together using the wooden spoon. Stir in the honey and milk. The mixture will be dry and crumbly. Use your hands to blend all of the ingredients together to make a dough. When everything is well blended, use your hands to form the dough into 1-inch balls. Put the remaining 1/4 cup powdered sugar on the waxed paper and roll the cookie balls in the sugar. Yield: 24 pieces
