SEVEN LAYER COOKIES 
1 stick butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/3 c. coconut
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Melt butter in 9 x 13 oven proof dish. Press graham crackers over melted butter. Sprinkle entire bag of chocolate chips over graham cracker layer, then entire bag of butterscotch chips. Sprinkle on coconut and then the chopped nuts. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk. Cookies should be baked at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cookies are easier to cut if baked and allowed to cool for several hours.
