COFFEE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. granulated sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
12 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. instant coffee

Sift together dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt). Dilute coffee with 1 cup boiling water. Add last to mixture and mix all ingredients well. Grease two 9-inch cake pans or one 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
