POTATO SURPRISE 
6-9 potatoes, boil with skins on, cool and peel
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. green onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream

Grate potatoes into oblong dish. Heat butter and soup until warm. Blend in sour cream, onions and cheese. Add soup mixture to grated potatoes, toss lightly, sprinkle on topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. corn flakes
2 tbsp. melted butter
