LORIE'S MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 pkg. shell macaroni
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed (to your taste)
Salt & pepper
1/4 c. sour cream (optional)

Cook macaroni according to the package. Drain, do not let cool. Add butter and cheese immediately after draining to allow cheese to melt. When cheese is close to completely melted add milk. Add sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
