SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. squash, cooked
1 lg. onion
1/2 c. cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. sweet milk
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter

Brown onions in butter; add remaining ingredients and pour into well greased casserole. Top with additional bread crumbs. Dot with butter.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
