TOMATO BEEF BAKE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
Pepper to taste
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes
3/4 c. ketchup
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (10 oz.) egg noodles, cooked & drained

Brown meat and onion. Drain fat. Add garlic salt, pepper, tomatoes, ketchup to meat. Cook 10 to 15 minutes.

Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add cottage cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce. Layer 1/2 noodles, cheese mix, noodles, etc. in a 3 quart casserole. Top with meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 8 to 10 servings.
