CRANBERRY PECAN BARS 
1 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. pecans

TOPPING:

1 1/3 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tbsp. orange peel
1 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. pecans
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut

Mix together flour, sugar, butter and cut together until coarse. Add 1/2 cup of the pecans and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine sugar, flour, eggs, milk, finely shredded orange peel and vanilla. Mix in the remaining ingredients and spread over the underbaked crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes more, or until golden. Cool and then cut into bars.
