LEFSA 
1 C cream
1 C water
1 tbsp lard
3 C flour

Boil the cream, water and lard together and pour over the flour. Add a dash of salt.

As soon as dough can be handled, roll out as thinly as possible.

Turn lefsa grill on high and place individual pieces on grill one at a time. After a couple of minutes when dough begins to bubble up, turn and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
