SWEET AND SOUR HAM BALLS 
2 slices bread
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 lbs. ground ham
2 lbs. ground pork
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water

Break bread into a large mixing bowl. Add salt, parsley, mustard and milk. Let soak a little while, then beat with a spoon until disintegrated in liquid; add ham and pork. Mix well. Form balls and place 1 layer deep in a 9 x 13 pan. Pour off the grease.

Combine the remaining ingredients in saucepan. Boil until clear, stirring occasionally. Pour this over balls and bake for 45 minutes. Serve hot. Makes about 30 balls.
