CRANBERRY MUFFINS 
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. raw cranberries

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.

BUTTERSAUCE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine and heat, just to boil. Pour some over each muffin.
