CHEESY SPAGHETTI BAKE | |
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck 1 2/3 c. spaghetti sauce (15 oz.) 2 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. water 4 tbsp. flour 3/4 c. evaporated milk 1 onion 6 oz. cooked spaghetti 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 c. shredded American cheese salt to taste Brown meat and onions. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Add cooked spaghetti. Melt butter; stir in flour and salt. Slowly add milk and water. Stir over medium heat until thickened. Add Parmesan cheese and half of American cheese. Stir until melted. Spread half of spaghetti mixture in long baking dish. Spoon all cheese mixture over. Add remaining spaghetti mixture. Top with American cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°F. |
