COUNTRY HAM | |
2 lb. Ham (baked) 1/3 c. cider vinegar 6 tbsp. brown sugar 6 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. water In a large 12 inch skillet mix all ingredients, except ham. Cook and stir over medium high heat, until sugar and mustard are dissolved. Add ham and cook 10 minutes turning 2 -3 times until most of the syrup has evaporated. Turn ham in thick syrup to coat. GOOD ON BISCUITS! |
