SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE | |
1 lg. can sweet potatoes 1 c. sugar 1 stick butter (melted) 1/2 c. milk 2 eggs Mix the above ingredients. Put into greased dish and place topping on and bake 325-350 degrees. TOPPING: 1 c. coconut 1 c. brown sugar, packed 1 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. plain flour 1 stick butter, melted Mix these ingredients and crumble on top before baking. |
