RHUBARB SQUARES 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. baking powder

FILLING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
5 c. diced rhubarb

STREUSEL TOPPING:

2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
3 tbsp. shortening

Mix crust ingredients and pat into 9x13 inch baking pan. Mix filling ingredients and spread on top of crust. Mix streusel ingredients and spread over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Top with Cool Whip and serve.
