CRANBERRY JELLO MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) boxes of cherry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 can whole cranberries and juice
1/2 c. celery (cut small pieces)
1 lg. apple, cut small pieces
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix Jello with boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add whole can of cranberries and mix well. Chill slightly until it begins to jell. Add all the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate until set. Goes well with turkey dinner.
