WARM POTATO AND BACON BITS TOSS 
1 lb. sm. red potatoes
1 lb. sm. white potatoes
1/2 c. finely chopped red onion
2 med. carrots, sliced, cooked or raw
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
1/2 c. bacon pieces or bacon bits

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes. Cool slightly. Mix with other ingredients, put in baking dish. Add dressing, toss, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm.

DRESSING:

1/3 c. Miracle Whip
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix and pour over vegetables.
