2 squares bitter chocolate
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
Pinch salt
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Chopped pecans, about 1/2 c. (optional)

Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler. Add sugar, slightly beaten eggs and all other ingredients. Put into greased Pyrex dish and bake about 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve as is or with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top.
