IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR 
1 3/4 c. Irish whiskey
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 c. whipping or light cream
4 eggs
2 tbsp. chocolate flavored syrup
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Store covered in refrigerator up to 1 month. Makes about 5 cups.
