1 pkg. yellow cake mix, prepare as directed
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend the 4 above ingredients. Pour on top of cake mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour in 13"x9" pan. Cool then sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Easy, excellent, enjoy!
