JELLIED CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water or pineapple juice
Grated orange rind
1 orange, cut in chunks
1/2 c. pineapple tidbits
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. whole cranberry sauce

Prepare gelatin by directions using boiling water and cold water or pineapple juice. Allow to cool and partially set. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Turn into 8 x 8 x 2 inch glass bowl. Place in refrigerator. May be prepared a day ahead of serving. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
