CANTONESE CRUNCH CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 c. celery, chopped 1 can water chestnuts 2 cans mushroom soup 3/4 c. Minute rice, uncooked 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1 1/2 c. water Salt to taste 1 sm. can chow mein noodles Brown the ground beef and add the next 3 ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes. Put in casserole and stir in remaining ingredients, except noodles. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle chow mein noodles on top and bake another 10 minutes. |
