GOUDA CHEESE SPREAD 
10 oz. round of gouda cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. Italian dressing mix
Leaf lettuce
Paprika

Cut a 1/2" slice off top of gouda cheese. Remove red wrapping. Carefully scoop out cheese, leaving 1/4" shell intact; set aside. Grate remaining cheese. Combine grated cheese, sour cream and dressing mix, stirring well. Spoon cheese mixture into lettuce-lined cheese shell. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with assorted crackers. Yield: 1 cup.
