SWEET POTATO PIE 
2 (16 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
1/3 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Miniature marshmallows

Heat sweet potatoes in saucepan. Mash. Combine sugar, butter, pineapple and cinnamon and add to sweet potatoes. Pour into baking dish and cover with miniature marshmallows. Heat until marshmallows are light brown. Serve warm.
