SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can Golden mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten

Mix thoroughly 1/4 cup soup and remaining ingredients. Shape into 6 patties. Brown patties; pour off fat. Blend in remaining soup and 1/3 cup water. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until done. Stir often.
