CUCUMBERS AND RADISHES IN SOUR
CREAM
 
1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 (6 oz.) pkg. radishes, sliced (approximately 2 c.)
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 (8 oz.) can Pet imitation sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Place cucumber, radishes and onion in a large bowl. Cover with ice water. Combine imitation sour cream, vinegar and salt. Chill. To serve: drain vegetables. Stir in sour cream mixture until vegetables are well coated. Serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings - 1 serving = 108 calories.
