CUSTARD RICE PUDDING | |
1/2 c. rice, cooked 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind (opt.) 1/2 c. raisins 3 1/2 c. milk Nutmeg Mix all ingredients except nutmeg. Pour into shallow baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg. Set in pan of hot water and bake in slow oven, 300 degrees, about 1 1/2 hours. Serve warm or cool. |
