CHEESE COFFEE CAKE | |
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Pillsbury crescent rolls 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg, separated 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/4 c. sugar Grease 9x13 inch pan. Lay out in bottom of pan 1 package of rolls. Press together well. Beat cheese, 1 cup sugar, vanilla and egg yolk well and spread over dough. Place other can of rolls on top. Beat egg white until frothy. Spread over dough. Blend sugar and nuts, sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Chill before cutting. Store in refrigerator. |
