CHOCOLATE COBBLER 
1 cup self rising flour
2 tbsp baking cocoa
3 tbsp oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk

Combine the flour, sugar and cocoa. Stir in milk and oil until smooth. Pour in lightly greased 8 inch square pan. Then mix 1 cup packed brown sugar and 1/4 cup baking cocoa together and sprinkle over the batter. Then pour 1 3/4 cups hot water over top of cake mixture. DO NOT STIR!

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. There will be a juicy syrup on the bottom. Serve warm plain or with ice cream.
