2 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water

Mix well and bake at 350 until center springs back at touch.
