SPINACH SALAD 
1/2 lb. fresh spinach
1 lg. head Romaine lettuce
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
6 slices of crisp bacon
5 green onions, cut into sm. pieces

DRESSING:

6 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg yolk (raw)
1 clove garlic
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. dry mustard

Put greens into large bowl or on individual plates; add mushrooms, bacon and onion. Mix dressing ingredients in a jar and chill until ready to serve.
